Rosa looks after you by preparing a delicious express menu’ for you and your family.

The Menu’ includes:

Traditional Italian Bolognese Lasagna;

your choice of arancini (4 pieces): Bolognese (pork mince, beef mince, peas, mozzarella, and fresh herbs);

Vegetarian (mozzarella cheese and peas);

3 Cheese (mozzarella, provolone, gorgonzola).

Serving Size: 4 (160g each)

6 upside-down cherry muffins.

Description

Lasagna cooking instructions:

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees fan-forced

Cover with baking paper (at the base) and foil ( on top)

Reheat it for 30 to 35 minutes

Cook further uncovered for an additional 5 minutes or until golden brown

Rest for 10 minutes before serving.

Arancini cooking instructions:

Reheat in the oven, microwave, or air fryer.

Must be hot before serving. Do not reheat again.

Storage instruction:

Keep it in the fridge for up to 3 days.

Can be frozen at -18c.

Please note: all orders must be in by Sunday at midnight to be processed for the following week.
