All prices shown are per person, are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are GST inclusive.

GOVERNMENT REGULATIONS

We require each student has proof of vaccination to secure their booking.

Please arrive 10-15 minutes earlier if possible, to go throughout safety rules and regulations for a safe cooking class.

BOOKING A CLASS

All bookings can be made via the website. If booking a larger group class get in touch to organise. Anna Rosa will email back confirming that there are spaces available and advising the account details to make payment.

Classes will only run if there are 8 or more students attending, if numbers cannot be met cancellation of class will apply. Please note you can re-book.

CANCELLATION POLICY

After payment has been received and you have received your confirmation by email, the following cancellation policies apply:

Please be aware that classes and gift vouchers are non-refundable.

Due to unforeseen circumstances, you are able to re-schedule by contacting Anna Rosa via Email or Phone. It will also be acceptable to send a family member or friend in your place.

Classes require more than 8 participants in order to run, if there are a number of cancellations at the last minute and the group number becomes 8 or less, Anna Rosa is entitled to cancel the class and gift vouchers will be issued to the amount of the class.

2 weeks notice is required to cancel your class, you will be able to re-book or will be given a gift voucher for the amount of your class.

If 2 weeks notice is not given the class will not be refunded, please note time and effort goes into each class. Weeks of preparation goes into each individual session so we ask that you understand the impact that it may have on the class.

If you wish to cancel, you will be reimbursed with a gift voucher that can be used with 12 months of the original booking.

You will only be able to re-schedule once, if you cancel a second time unfortunately cancelation policy will apply ie. cancellation policy will apply with no refund or gift voucher issued if class is cancelled for a second time. No refund or gift voucher will be issued.
